Refund Policy
↩️Refund Policy for Course Fees:
- General Guidelines
- Refund requests must be made in writing (via email) to the administration (admin@tamilboomi.com), and can also be informed via WhatsApp number as an additional measure.
- All refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15–30 working days through the original payment method.
- Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:
- Live Online session:
- 100% refund if the student cancels 7 days after the class start date or before the course start date.
- We won't be able to provide any refund if cancellation is requested after 1 week of the course.
- b) Recording Videos only option:
- For learners opting for recording videos only, refund requests will be accepted within one week of the class start date.
- Live Online session:
- Institute-Initiated Cancellations
- If the institute cancels a course:
We will do our best not to cancel the course: however, if such a scenario happens,
- Students will receive a full refund. However, if over 50% of the course has been completed, the refund will be limited to 50% of the fee.
- The option to transfer the fee to another batch/same course without extra charges.
- Special Cases (Optional)
- Medical or emergency situation: Late Payment may be considered on a case-by-case basis if valid documents are submitted.
- Online courses: Once the course study materials and recorded lectures are shared, no refund will be processed.
- Other Conditions:
- Course fees cannot be refunded or transferred due to:
- Lack of attendance
- Change in your personal schedule, work commitments, or relocation
- Non-completion of the course due to personal reasons
The institute reserves the right to revise this policy at any time.
