Refund Policy

↩️Refund Policy for Course Fees:

  1. General Guidelines
    • Refund requests must be made in writing (via email) to the administration (admin@tamilboomi.com), and can also be informed via WhatsApp number as an additional measure.
    • All refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15–30 working days through the original payment method.
  1. Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:
    • Live Online session:
      • 100% refund if the student cancels 7 days after the class start date or before the course start date.
      • We won't be able to provide any refund if cancellation is requested after 1 week of the course.
    • b) Recording Videos only option:
      • For learners opting for recording videos only, refund requests will be accepted within one week of the class start date.
  1. Institute-Initiated Cancellations
  • If the institute cancels a course:

We will do our best not to cancel the course: however, if such a scenario happens,

    • Students will receive a full refund. However, if over 50% of the course has been completed, the refund will be limited to 50% of the fee.
    • The option to transfer the fee to another batch/same course without extra charges.
  1. Special Cases (Optional)
  • Medical or emergency situation: Late Payment may be considered on a case-by-case basis if valid documents are submitted.
  • Online courses: Once the course study materials and recorded lectures are shared, no refund will be processed.
  1. Other Conditions:
  • Course fees cannot be refunded or transferred due to:
    • Lack of attendance
    • Change in your personal schedule, work commitments, or relocation
    • Non-completion of the course due to personal reasons

The institute reserves the right to revise this policy at any time.
