We’re so happy to have you with us on this learning journey. To make things clear and smooth, here’s how our training program works:


🎥 Class Recordings & Materials

  • All sessions are recorded and shared via Google Drive.
  • You’ll receive access to your registered email ID.
  • We try to upload recordings as soon as possible, but please allow up to 1 day for availability.
  • Even if you are following only live class recordings, you will still be added to the batch group.
  • If you have completed a course this year and later wish to access updated class recordings, just email our admins or contact our team.
  • If for some reason, you cannot continue in the current live batch, you can join the upcoming classes of the same trainer at no extra cost.

📋 Attendance & Live Participation

  • At the start of every class, please mark your attendance.
  • If you are not able to join the class on particular day, please inform the group or to the class admin.
  • We request you to attend live classes regularly – this sets the rhythm for your learning and motivates trainers to give their best.
  • Please complete assignments on time for maximum benefit.
  • If you prefer to only watch recordings and want to be excluded from assignment follow-ups, let our admins know. We respect that family and personal time matter too.

👩‍🏫 Trainer Support

  • We know our trainers personally and trust their teaching quality.
  • Trainers will support you one-to-one and do their best to solve your queries.
  • Please feel free to ask any questions – curiosity is the key to growth!

👩‍💻 Community & Communication

  • All updates and announcements will be shared in your WhatsApp batch group.
  • Student discussions are welcome – but please respect others’ privacy.
  • If you message a fellow student personally and they don’t respond, kindly leave it there.
  • We are also working on shifting classes to a better arrangement to safeguard your privacy further.

Doubt Clarifications

  • You can raise doubts during/after classes.
  • Dedicated doubt-clearing sessions are also arranged for deeper discussions.

📝 Access or Recording Issues

  • For access or recording-related issues, please contact our admin team.
  • The official admin name for your course will always be informed in your batch group for clarity.
  • If a student/learner fails to clear payments on time, even after multiple reminders and follow-ups, the institute reserves the right to revoke access to services and remove the student/learner from the WhatsApp group until dues are settled.

💳 Fee & Payment Queries

  • All fee-related matters will be handled only by our admins.
  • This way, trainers can focus fully on teaching.

📚Guidelines for Course Fee Payments

  • Course fees are payable after the completion of the demo or trial sessions.
  • For your convenience, you can choose to pay the fee in one go or split it into two installments.
  • If you decide to make a single payment—or your first installment—please do so within 3 days after the demo session ends.
  • For those choosing the two-installment option, the second payment will be due one month after the official start date of the course.
  • In case you rejoin the same course within one year, the rejoining fee will be ₹4,000. If you rejoin in one to three years, 50% of the course fee must be paid. For rejoining after three to five years, a fee of ₹20,000 will apply.

  • On completing your course, you’ll receive a completion certificate.
  • We also provide resume reviews, mock interviews, and career guidance to support your job search.

⚠️ Scam Awareness & Safe Payments

  • With scams increasing in the training industry, we want you to be alert.
  • Do not entertain anyone pretending to be from Tamilboomi who:
    • Promises a guaranteed job for money
    • Asks you to pay into a personal account
    • You can always verify the official admin contacts on our website. in the contact us page or on this page.
  • Always send course fees only to our official account: Tamilboomi Technologies.
  • If you come across any suspicious communication, report it immediately to our admin team.

↩️Refund Policy for Course Fees:

  1. General Guidelines
    • Refund requests must be made in writing (via email) to the administration (admin@tamilboomi.com), and can also be informed via WhatsApp number as an additional measure.
    • All refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15–30 working days through the original payment method.
  1. Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:
    • Live Online session:
      • 100% refund if the student cancels 7 days after the class start date or before the course start date.
      • We won't be able to provide any refund if cancellation is requested after 1 week of the course.
    • b) Recording Videos only option:
      • For learners opting for recording videos only, refund requests will be accepted within one week of the class start date.
  1. Institute-Initiated Cancellations
  • If the institute cancels a course:

We will do our best not to cancel the course: however, if such a scenario happens,

    • Students will receive a full refund. However, if over 50% of the course has been completed, the refund will be limited to 50% of the fee.
    • The option to transfer the fee to another batch/same course without extra charges.
  1. Special Cases (Optional)
  • Medical or emergency situation: Late Payment may be considered on a case-by-case basis if valid documents are submitted.
  • Online courses: Once the course study materials and recorded lectures are shared, no refund will be processed.
  1. Other Conditions:
  • Course fees cannot be refunded or transferred due to:
    • Lack of attendance
    • Change in your personal schedule, work commitments, or relocation
    • Non-completion of the course due to personal reasons

The institute reserves the right to revise this policy at any time.
